Carbendazim is one of the most widely used fungicides, commonly known as "cotton atrophy." It is a broad-spectrum fungicide effective against various fungal diseases in crops. Below are detailed application instructions for different agricultural scenarios:
1. **Wheat Scab Control**: Apply the first dose at the beginning of flowering, and the second dose 5–7 days later. Use 25% Carbendazim WP at 3000 g per hectare, or 40% WP at 1875 g, 50% WP at 1500 g, or 80% WP at 937.5 g (750 g active ingredient). Alternatively, use 937.5 g of 40% suspension (375 g active ingredient) mixed with 750 liters of water and spray evenly.
2. **Rice Blast Prevention**: Spray when leaf blast symptoms appear or acute plaques develop. Apply once every 7 days. For control during the tillering and heading stages, use 25% WP at 3000 g/ha, 40% WP at 1875 g, 50% WP at 1500 g, or 80% WP at 937.5 g (750 g active ingredient). Also, 40% suspension at 937.5 g (375 g active ingredient) can be mixed with 1050 liters of water and applied.
3. **Rice Sheath Blight Control**: Begin spraying at the onset of disease or during the ear-forming to booting stage. Repeat every 7 days. Use 25% WP at 3000 g/ha, 40% WP at 1875 g, 50% WP at 1500 g, or 80% WP at 937.5 g (750 g active ingredient). A 93% suspension can also be used at 937.5 g (375 g active ingredient), mixed with 1050 liters of water, focusing on the rice stems.
4. **Cotton Seedling Disease Prevention**: Treat seeds with 25% WP at 2000 g per 100 kg of seed, or 40% WP at 1250 g, 50% WP at 1000 g, or 80% WP at 625 g (500 g active ingredient). Alternatively, soak seeds in a solution of 40% suspension (750 g in 40 L water) for 24 hours before planting.
5. **Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Control (Rapeseed)**: Spray once during the flowering and final flowering stages. Use 25% WP at 4500–6800 g/ha, 40% WP at 2812.5–4250 g, 50% WP at 2250–3400 g, or 80% WP at 1406.25–2125 g (active ingredients 1125–1700 g). 40% suspension can be used at 2812.5–3750 g (1125–1500 g active ingredient), mixed with 1050 liters of water.
6. **Peanut Diseases Prevention**: Before planting, treat seeds with 25% WP at 1000–2000 g per 100 kg, 40% WP at 625–1250 g, 50% WP at 500–1000 g, or 80% WP at 312.5–625 g (250–500 g active ingredient). Soak seeds in a 40% suspension (750 g in 40 L water) for 24 hours before planting.
7. **Pear Black Spot Disease Control**: Apply the first spray at the germination stage, then again after flowering. Repeat every 7–10 days, up to 3–4 times. Use 25% WP diluted 250–500 times, 40% WP 400–800 times, 50% WP 500–1000 times, or 80% WP 800–1600 times. Alternatively, use 40% suspension at 400–800 times.
8. **Apple Scab Prevention**: Spray once before the peach bag stage, and repeat every 7–10 days. Follow the same concentration as for pear scab.
9. **Apple Brown Spot Disease**: Begin spraying at the first signs of disease, and apply every 7–10 days. Adjust the number of sprays based on disease severity.
10. **Grape White Rot and Black Pox Control**: Spray from the time leaves spread until fruit color develops, repeating every 10–15 days. Use the same concentrations as for pear black spot disease.
11. **Sugar Beet Brown Spot Control**: Start spraying at the first sign of disease, and repeat every 7–10 days for 2–3 applications. Use 40% suspension at 1800–3600 g/ha (720–1440 g active ingredient), mixed with 900 liters of water.
**Poisoning Symptoms**: In case of poisoning, symptoms may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and other gastrointestinal issues.
**First Aid Measures**: Induce vomiting if possible, perform gastric lavage, and administer atropine. Subcutaneous injection of 1–2 mg, or intramuscular/oral 0.4–0.6 mg every 4–6 hours until symptoms subside.
Carbendazim should always be handled with care, following safety guidelines to avoid exposure. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for proper usage and storage.
Airtac Type Pneumatic Cylinder
Shop for Airtac Type Pneumatic Cylinder, Airtac Type Air Cylinder, Airtac Type Pneumatic Air Cylinder. We carry air grippers, guided air cylinders, standard air cylinders, mini air cylinders, round body air cylinders, compact air cylinders, rodless air cylinders, rotary actuators, clamping cylinders, and stopper cylinders.
Choose from guided cylinders, clamping cylinders, stopper cylinders, rodless cylinders, compact cylinders, round body cylinders, and standard cylinders. In contrast to air cylinders, rotary actuators rotate objects around an axis. They use compressed air that produces continuous torque. Airtac type rotary actuators have a double rack-and-pinion design. Air enters through a port that pushes the piston linearly, which causes the connected rack's gear teeth to engage with the teeth of the circular pinion and rotate the pinion shaft up to 360 degrees. Rotary actuators also come with cushioning which allows for quieter operation.
