1. Unsupervised inspections, routine checks, or operations beyond the scheduled inspection period are strictly prohibited unless conducted under the supervision of the relevant unit.
2. Operators must receive proper training before being allowed to work. Untrained personnel are not permitted to operate any equipment.
3. Lifting operations cannot commence without a designated site supervisor to ensure safety and coordination during the process.
4. A detailed lifting plan and hoisting scheme must be prepared and approved before any lifting activity is carried out. Unauthorized operations are not allowed.
5. If the surrounding environment of the lifting area is unclear or adequate safety measures are not in place, lifting activities must be suspended until conditions improve.
6. Any lifting equipment with unqualified safety protection devices is not permitted to be used until it has been inspected and certified as safe.
7. The braking system must pass inspection before operation. Equipment with faulty or untested brakes is not allowed to be used.
8. If the spreader device is not properly inspected or found to be defective, the operation must be halted immediately.
9. The lifting site must be level and stable. Crane legs should be fully extended, and wooden blocks should be placed under the base for support. Operations on unstable ground are not allowed.
10. Lifting activities are prohibited during high winds (six or more on the Beaufort scale), heavy rain, snow, or dense fog, as these weather conditions pose significant risks to safety.
