Unfortunately, we have encountered some challenges with one of our publications, "Aishang Home." This magazine was initially launched under a contract signed by Aibo Software and its original publisher, Wang Fujun (pen name: Jinlong), on September 18, 2012. However, in early November 2012, during the trial publication of the first issue, we received a notice from Suzhou Xinqicheng Advertising Media Co., Ltd., claiming that they own the copyright to "Aishang Home." It turns out that Wang Fujun (Jinlong) was merely an ordinary employee of the company at the time and left the company on September 20, 2012. During his employment, he only contributed to part of the magazine's content and did not hold any ownership or copyright over it.
Due to these circumstances, we had no choice but to suspend the "Aishang Home" magazine. On November 15, 2012, we terminated our cooperation agreement with Wang Fujun (Jinlong) and pursued legal action against what we believe to be fraudulent activities.
We sincerely apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused by this situation. If you have signed up for a subscription based on a contract (as shown in the attached template), dated before November 15, 2012, there may be risks involved, including potential financial losses or fraudulent behavior. Please be vigilant and take necessary precautions.
For those of you who have already paid for subscriptions, we would like to offer the following options:
1. Refund the remaining balance.
2. Transfer the remaining funds to our company’s existing products and enjoy a 40% discount.

We solemnly declare that any actions taken by this publication towards our customers after the issuance of this notice are fraudulent. Please inform others about this situation, stay alert, and avoid falling victim to scams.
