We hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude for your trust and support in Aibo Software and Furniture Shopping Network. Your confidence in us has been invaluable.
However, we regret to inform you about certain developments concerning the “Aishang Home†magazine. This magazine was initially a collaboration between Aibo Software and the original publisher, Wang Fujun (pen name: Jinlong), signed on September 18, 2012. As per our records, Wang Fujun was employed by our company at the time and only contributed to parts of the magazine while employed. After his departure on September 20, 2012, it came to our attention that the copyright for “Aishang Home†actually belongs to another entity, Suzhou Xinqicheng Advertising Media Co., Ltd.
In light of these findings, we suspended the magazine’s publication in early November 2012. We also terminated our cooperation agreement with Wang Fujun on November 15, 2012, and pursued legal action against what we deemed to be fraudulent activities.
We sincerely apologize to all our valued customers affected by these circumstances. If you have signed a contract (as seen in the attached template) prior to November 15, 2012, you may be entitled to receive refunds for any advertising costs incurred or have fallen victim to fraudulent practices.
To address this situation, we are offering the following options for customers who have already paid:
1. Refund of the remaining balance.
2. Transfer of remaining funds to our current product offerings, with a 40% discount applied.
Our sales managers will reach out to you directly to assist with the necessary procedures.
Please be advised that any actions taken by the publication since the issuance of this notice are considered fraudulent. We urge you to remain vigilant and share this information with others to avoid falling prey to such schemes.
