This is an important part of ensuring the safe operation of the boiler and avoiding faults and accidents caused by defective technical operation. (1) Internal inspection before boiler ignition 1. The internal components of the drum, such as steam-water separator, continuous sewage pipe (surface sewage pipe), regular sewage pipe, inlet pipe and partition, etc., should be completed. 2. The dirt in the drum (the shell of the boiler shell, the furnace and the head, etc.), the header and the surface of the heating surface should be cleaned, no defects or damage, no tools and other debris left in the pot. 3. If there is any doubt about the degree of scale removal of the water pipe boiler, the bending of the furnace tube or the quality of the installation, if necessary, the ball test can be used to check whether the furnace tube is unblocked. After the internal inspection is passed, tighten all manhole covers and hand hole covers. (II) External inspection before boiler ignition 1. There should be no coking, ash accumulation and debris inside the furnace, and the furnace wall, furnace arch and fire wall should be complete and tight. 2. The outer surface of the water wall tube and the tube should be free of defects. 3. The dust in the air duct and the flue should be removed, and tools and other debris must not be left behind. The regulating doors and gates in the air duct and the flue should be complete and tight, the switch is flexible, and the opening and closing degree indication is accurate. After the inspection is completed, the boiler with the economizer should close the economizer flue baffle and open its bypass flue baffle. If there is no bypass flue, the valve of the economizer recirculation water pipe should be opened. 4. The external furnace wall of the boiler should be in good condition, and the furnace door, ash door, fire door and manhole are completely complete and tightly closed. 5. The auxiliary heating surface device such as superheater, economizer and air preheater is intact.
