The CVM G5S measurement module can be used at ambient temperatures up to 105 ° C. The input voltage is between 4.5 and 32V, so it can be directly operated from a 12 or 24 volt power supply. One measurement module can simultaneously monitor and acquire the voltage of up to 200 cells, and multiple modules can be connected in series. CVM G5S is only suitable for serial production. In addition, as a single-board solution, this product has the cost advantage of relying on quantity and performs better in continuous operation.
Smart business development manager Markus Schuster said: "Through the joint tool chain, users can directly transition from the R & D process to the mass production stage without integration work." For example, the tool chain contains a controller module with an intuitive user interface. Users can visualize up to hundreds of channels through the network, such as real-time observation of the fuel cell stack. When running CVM software on the controller module, the entire monitoring system can be independent of the computer. Only one terminal device is required to run the browser and wirelessly transmit data through WLAN.
