2, molding machine
The molding machine uses a closed molded module chain and an open design. The molded module made of special aluminum alloy is equipped with upper and lower racks and driven by upper and lower gears. The specially designed guide rails make each pair of forming modules accurately aligned in the forming channel. The forming module is mounted on the conveyor base with a quick-disconnecting expansion bolt using aluminum alloy, which makes it easy to change production specifications. The cooling method uses external cooling. When the molding module moves on the molding channel and on the return passage, the cooling water is continuously pumped into the module to ensure good heat transfer to ensure high extrusion. The speed of the molding machine can reach 0.5In to 4m/min, and the production efficiency is high. The main motor adopts DC speed-regulating motor and adopts British Continental 591 digital DC speed governor. It has large traction, stable speed regulation and wide speed adjustment range. The device has 32 power-off return function, adopts the American imported charging device, and the battery has maintenance-free function. This energy guarantees that the 32-stage can still be returned when the power is suddenly turned off, so that the module and the water jacket of the head are disengaged. The rack can be single-acting and interlocking.
3 planetary cutting machine
It is composed of a rail fixing frame, a moving frame and a rotating assembly, a clamping mechanism, a chip suction mechanism and the like. The cutting saw uses a hydraulic feed system for smooth, high-speed cutting. The clamping mechanism is respectively fixed at the front and the rear ends of the moving frame. Each clamping mechanism is composed of one cylinder and six clamping jaws. Under the action of the cylinder, the six clamping jaws simultaneously clamp the pipe to ensure the moving speed of the moving frame and the moving frame. Pipe production speed is synchronized. The six-claw features a special adjustable positioning device designed for bellows cutting to ensure the accuracy of each cutting position. There are two sets of suction mechanism on the equipment, one set is mounted on the cutting tool suction chip cover, and one set is mounted on the large hopper at the bottom of the inner cavity of the moving frame. The pipe chips are sucked away, effectively preventing the work environment from being polluted. It can realize automatic online cutting of pipes.
