The toothed centering milling method of the sleeve roller chain sprocket is shown in Fig. 1. By designing two sprocket forming cutters of exactly the same shape, it is possible to mill the sprocket with the same pitch and the same arc radius as the cogging bottom. The processing method is not like the traditional cogging milling method.
