Five reasons for heavy-duty operation of concrete mixing plant equipment

A customer has reflected to us that the heavy-duty operation of the concrete mixing station equipment used for many years always occurs. What are the reasons for the heavy-duty operation? The following five recommendations are hopeful for the operation and use of concrete mixers.

1. The concrete mixer determines the water supply according to the required mixing ratio, and adjusts the time renewal device to the corresponding water supply time;

2. The concrete mixer starts the stirring motor of the concrete mixer;

3. The concrete mixer closes the discharge door, adds the required mix in the hopper, and raises the hopper. The hopper should run smoothly and stop anywhere on the track. If there is slippage, you should put the hopper into the bottom of the pit first, and then adjust the big nut of the brake motor. The hopper is raised normally, and after the brake is reliable, the material is fed into the mixing drum and the water pump is started to supply water to the mixing drum.

4. After the concrete mixer has been agitating for 25-35S, start the discharge gate to discharge;

5. During the above-mentioned test operations, if the concrete mixer finds an abnormal condition, it shall immediately stop the inspection, eliminate the fault, and then perform the test until it is normal. After one day of operation of the new concrete mixer, all the bolts and nuts on the liner and other places were checked and tightened. Lubrication part of the transmission lubrication.

A treadmill is an exercise machine for running or walking while staying in one place. The word treadmill traditionally refers to a type of mill which was operated by a person or animal treading steps of a wheel to grind grain (see treadwheel.)

The machine provides a moving platform with a wide Conveyor belt and an electric motor or a flywheel. The belt moves to the rear allowing a person to walk or run an equal, and necessarily opposite, speed. The rate at which the belt moves is the rate of walking or running. Thus, the speed of running may be controlled and measured. The more expensive, heavy-duty versions are motor-driven. The simpler, lighter, and less expensive versions passively resist the motion, moving only when the walker pushes the belt with their feet.
