Dongguan Yinyin Hardware Products Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise that combines production, service, sales, and after-sales support. We welcome all buyers to contact us for detailed negotiations!
Established in 2005, the company has been specializing in the manufacturing of a wide range of electrical components such as silver contacts, electrical contacts, double composite silver nails, riveted and soldered silver contacts, precision stampings, conductive copper posts, screws, DC and AC pins, copper sleeves (including hollow needles, semi-hollow needles, four guides), rivets, silver dots, binding posts, AV copper sleeves, 3F07 and 3F05 copper sleeves, 215 copper sleeves, and more. In addition, we produce various products made from silver, copper, iron, aluminum, and non-magnetic steel. For inquiries, please contact Mr. Chen at 13728192869.
As a manufacturer dedicated to safety, our focus is on producing high-quality silver contacts, in-mold riveting parts, stamping components, and low-voltage switches (such as wall switches and leakage switches). We are committed to providing safe and reliable electrical solutions. Our goal is to deliver the most comprehensive safety power services to our customers.
When it comes to relay contacts, their performance is crucial for the overall reliability of the relay. If the actual contact voltage is lower than the arc voltage, especially under medium current conditions (DC 28V, 0.1A), low-level (10–30mV, 10–50μA) or dry circuit loads (where the relay closes and then connects to a millivolt/microampere load), the failure mechanisms and modes differ significantly from those under rated power loads. This means that the design, manufacturing, and testing processes must be adapted based on the specific load requirements. Therefore, when selecting a relay, it's important to understand that the contact may not be suitable for all loads from zero up to the rated value. In fact, using a relay under a load higher than its specified rating can reduce its lifespan and reliability.
For example, a relay that reliably switches a 220V, 10A load may not perform well under low-level or dry circuit conditions. This is why, for such applications, it's recommended to use fully sealed relays with enhanced contact reliability. In general, derating—using a component below its maximum rated capacity—is one of the most effective ways to improve reliability. However, for relays, the relationship between load stress and contact reliability is unique. At currents below 100 mA, the arc effect is reduced, which can lead to carbon deposits on the contact surface, increasing resistance and reducing reliability. Similarly, under low voltage (below 50 mV) or high-temperature conditions, oxidation can further degrade performance.
A load of 10 mA or less and 50 mV or less is considered a low-level load. While the relay’s rated load should never be exceeded, it's advisable to operate the relay at more than 100 mA and at least 80% of the rated load for optimal performance. It's also important to note that the rated load is typically specified under resistive load conditions. If the application involves inductive, capacitive, or lamp loads, the surge current can be up to ten times the rated value, so proper conversion is necessary to avoid damage.
Keywords: relay contacts, composite contacts, switch contacts, silver contacts, dual composite contacts, triple composite contacts, shaped contacts, electrical contacts, environmentally friendly contacts, in-mold riveting contacts, silver alloy contacts, rivet contacts, punching and riveting integrated contacts, solder contacts, riveting contacts.

Superplasticizer For Concrete And Mortar
Superplasticizer, also named with water reducer, is a key additive used for concrete or mortar, available with liquid and solid form. There are many generations of superplasticizer, and most advanced type is polycarboxylate ether based aslo called PCE based high efficiency water reducer. Besides PCE type superplasticizer, melamine based superplasticizer is also supplied with high performance grade.
