I. Overview
JBS series intelligent code sensors, combined with RS485 converters, are designed using a single-chip microcontroller and interface circuitry. These sensors integrate with the JB series shaft angle encoders to provide precise digital solutions for angular and linear displacement measurement. Utilizing advanced manufacturing technology, they are ideal for automated measurement and tracking control systems in sectors such as water conservancy, power generation, chemical processing, and oil industries. They are particularly suitable for monitoring and controlling gate openings in hydropower plants, reservoirs, and ship locks.
The JBS smart sensor converts mechanical parameters into electrical signals and outputs them via an RS485 communication protocol in a two-wire data format. This allows seamless integration with counters, tachometers, PLCs, and industrial PCs for real-time data processing and control.
